The Bale Villa is situated in an established upmarket residential area on the Gulf Coast of Southern Florida, in south west Cape Coral in the lovely Pelican area near Tarpon Point Marina. It looks down a small canal with its own boat dock, where the amazing beaches of Captiva and Sanibel islands and the Gulf of Mexico are only 15-20 minutes away by boat. The house can be available with or without a choice of deck and powerboats.

The villa has four bedrooms (two masters) and three bathrooms, a large living room and adjoining sitting room, a dining nook and a
large kitchen with all appliances including double-door fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and so on. The
villa is equipped with two large televisions on cable, two videos, DVD and CD video and surround sound hi-fi systems, three further CD
players, laptop-ready area with cable broadband and a Dell 964 combined colour copier/printer/fax, several telephones, large pool
area with sunbeds and seating for eight, dining area and gas barbecue, electrically heated pool with waterfall and wonderful west- facing views over the adjoining ocean yachts and the sunset. In total we have about 2,500 sq ft of air-conditioned accommodation as
well as a double garage and very large lanai area for enjoying the pool and splendid canal views.
